OUR BACKGROUND

High Caliber is a young company, with our inception coming true in 2019. Though the company is young, we have accumulated 15+ years of experience with the Inspection aspect of the Oil and Gas Industry.

We thrive on our level of Integrity when it comes to Inspection of your mud motors or any BHA components. We aren't limited to just that though, we can inspect anything that needs completed. With our level of Inspection, it isn't just about providing a piece of paper stating that the component is acceptable. It is about us putting our names on the line to ensure that there will not be any problems while in use. And our customers satisfaction is our main focus.

MAGNETIC PARTICLE TESTING

Quality Assured

Quality assurance is again one of our main focuses. We make sure all surfaces are as clean as possible to conduct a process of inspection called MPT. Magnetization of all Ferrous (steel that is able to be magnetized) materials while applying a bath coating of Iron Filings so that discontinuities can be detected under a black light. We Inspect per DS1, so you know you are getting a sufficient inspection report. Contact Our Operations manager for more information.

LIQUID PENETRANT TESTING

Satisfaction Guaranteed

We want all of our customers to experience the impressive level of professionalism when working with High Caliber Inspection. With Non-Ferrous Materials (steel that cannot be magnetized) we still can conduct inspection through a process called LPT. Liquid Penetrant Testing is one of the many services we offer. We use Magnaflux Manufacturing and follow customers specs and manufacturers specs on correct dwell and developer times. Contact us to learn more.
